First, this is NOT another gas card deal. I noticed this coupon when looking through my local on-line flyer this morning. If you live in the SE US you probably know Publix. Publix is the largest employee-owned supermarket chain in the country with 151,000 employees and over $25B in sales.

If you live in Alabama, Tenessee, Georgia or Florida then you may be able to take advantage of this deal.

To get your $10 gift card purchase $100 in groceries (excluding alcohol, etc.) and present the coupon to get your card good for future purchases. Please see your own local flier to see if your store is participating and for all the details. The coupon was on page 6 of the Orlando flier.

Again, this is not as good as the $50 gift card for $40 (with $25 purchase) but getting $10 in free product for buying $100 in groceries that you might already be buying is good. No?
